Alert emails go out every 5 minutes for Insiders' transactions, Ownership transactions and all SEC filings. It is important to know that we check with the SEC for new transactions every 5 minutes however the amount of time from the transaction to receiving your alert will be determined by when the transaction is actually filed with the SEC. Please see below for more on what to expect. In addition, if your email server has sent our email to spam, you will not be alerted, so make sure and add us to your contacts.
We will alert within 5 minutes of the following official filings:
Insider Transactions - required to be filed within 2 business days of the transaction
13D forms - required to be filed within 10 days of the transactions
8K - must be filed within 4 business days after the reportable event
10K - required quarterly within 45 days of the close of quarter
10Q - 40 days after quarter ends (45 days for less than 75MM)
S1 - Concurrent with Security filing. We alert within 5 minutes of filing
Proxy Statements - Concurrent with filing
