How quickly will I receive my alerts? Which alerts will I receive? |
Answer
Alert emails go out every 5 minutes 1 minute for Insiders' transactions, Ownership transactions and all SEC filings. It is important to know that we check with the SEC for new transactions every 5 minutes 60 seconds however the amount of time from the transaction to receiving your alert will be determined by when the transaction is actually filed with the SEC. Please see below for more on what to expect. In addition, if your email server has sent our email to spam, you will not be alerted, so make sure and add us to your contacts.
We will alert within 5 minutes 1 minute of the following official filings:

13D forms - required to be filed within 10 days of the transactions
13F forms - required to be filed quarterly within 45 days of the end of the quarter - NO FINTEL ALERTS
13G forms - may be required annually - NO FINTEL ALERTS
8K - must be filed within 4 business days after the reportable event
