How quickly will I receive my alerts? Which alerts will I receive? |
Answer
Alert emails go out every 5 minutes for Insiders' transactions, Ownership transactions and all SEC filings. It is important to know that we check with the SEC for new transactions every 5 minutes however the amount of time from the transaction to receiving your alert will be determined by when the transaction is actually filed with the SEC. Please see below for more on what to expect. In addition, if your email server has sent our email to spam, you will not be alerted, so add us to your contacts.
